Well, AOL has really done it. Pissed off a whole contingency of their subscribers, namely the jlanders.

P.S. It just occurred to me that you may not know what I'm talking about. Just take a look at the top of my journal..or any other journal for that matter. See the unsolicited ad banner? It just magically appeared one day. Pissed off a BUNCH of people in jland.
